Do I need to pay for the conference ?: Weight Management is offered FREE to all registrants, so anyone interested in attending the conference or viewing any of our videos is welcome FREE of charge. Click here to register now!
Where do I go to attend the conference?: Since this is a virtual event, the only place you need to go is in front of your computer! Be sure to bookmark this site, too! You'll be able to enter from these pages on the day of the event
What happens if I miss the live online conference? Is there any way to still access the conference?: If you should happen to miss the conference, you will be able to access the platform and its recorded content on demand for 6 months . All access information will be sent to any registrants unable to attend via email after the live show date. The original username and password created during registration should be used to access the on-demand show.
What are the minimum requirements from my computer that I will need to participate?: To interact with the online environment requires a Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum, Firefox 5.0 & 6.0, or Google Chrome 13. Mac with Firefox 5.0 & 6.0, Safari 4.0 - 5.1 and Google Chrome 13 are also supported.

We support Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 on PCs. Leopard, Lion, and Snow Leopard are supported on Macs. Linux Fedora Core 10 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Release 6.0 are also supported operating systems.

Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher is required. Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall environment and is required for all presentations.

Pop-up blockers must also be disabled and cookies and JavaScript should be enabled. On entering the environment, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online environment.
It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1024 x 768. To run the system check, click here.

Before you access the environment, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. All webcasts require a broadband connection. For webcasts including video, you will need a minimum Internet connection of 450Kbps. INXPO recommends a connection of 750Kbps or higher.

NOTE: We do not support beta versions of browsers. Also, Internet Explorer 6 and Linux are not supported in the XPOCAST Presenter View.
Can I attend a conference after the show day ?: Sure, our content will be available for at least 3 months. You will just have to register to the virtual event and log on our platform.
Do you provide educational credits ?: Unfortunately, our conference program do not provide educational credits.
I registered, but I didn't receive my login and password: You will receive a login and password email before the show. The login ID will be you email address and your password is the one you chose.
